PERLAVIN WKL is applied in the pre-treatment of cotton articles. Furthermore, it is applicable as wetting and dispersing agent during dyeing with reactive dyes and for soaping of reactive, vat and sulphur dyeings.
PERLAVIN WKL is a strong wetting agent with good emulsion capacity and high detergency. Fabrics pretreated with PERLAVIN WKL show a good absorbency.
It can be used in acidic to alkaline applications in the whole range of temperatures. However, it cannot be used for mercerising.
PERLAVIN WKL contains sequestering and complexing substances and has superior calcium and iron binding capacity along with only total content of phosphorus of 0.4 %.
PERLAVIN WKL is a stabilizer for peroxide bleaching. It protects from catalytic damage of the fibre when heavy metals in ionic form are being present.
It avoids silicate deposits during cold pad-batch process. Despite its complexing components, the product does not affect dyeing processes using metal containing dyes. It is an excellent dispersant for reactive dyestuffs.
