PERIZYM LOW

PERIZYM LOW is a multifunctional product for the bioscouring of cotton yarns and knitwear. Pretreatment with PERIZYM LOW is commonly done in a one-bath-two-step process prior to a mild peroxide bleaching. Compared to the traditional peroxide pre-bleaching with caustic the mild bioscouring with PERIZYM LOW offers advantages like for example less weight loss and less COD and BOD in the effluent. The mild conditions of the bioscouring process provide the yarns and knitted fabrics with more softness compared to the classical pretreatment with caustic soda. Furthermore, the bioscouring yields good hydrophilic properties to the cellulose.
