PERIZYM DBS

PERIZYM DBS is a multifunctional product for the enzymatic pretreatment of cotton (bio-scouring). The product contains a special enzyme formulation based on pectinase and amylase. The pectins contained in the primary cell wall of cotton can easily be removed without applying high amount of alkali due to their enzymatic degradation. PERIZYM DBS also contains amylases which effect a simultaneous desizing of starch sizes. The selected detergents and wetting agents contained in PERIZYM DBS provide rapid and uniform wetting of the fabric. Degradated pectins and sizes, fats and waxes are removed by the product.
