PERIFIL DLC liq.

PERIFIL DLC liq. is a thermostable lubricant based on a well balanced combination of high-molecular waxes. The product provides yarns of cotton fibres as well as their blends with very good gliding properties. The good evenness of friction values over the complete yarn package is particularly remarkable. PERIFIL DLC liq. is applied in exhaust process on package dyeing machines. In contrast to common lubricants PERIFIL DLC liq. can be used for the classical lubrication method as well as for the one-bath two-step-process for all cotton dyeing processes. In case of phthalocyanine dyestuffs pretrials are recommended in the one-bath two-step process to check for compatibility. Used in one-bath two-step-process PERIFIL DLC liq. exhausts on the fibre before dyeing and does not influence the dyeing process. The applied lubricant persists rinsing and soaping processes as well as stripping of dyestuff. If PERIFIL DLC liq. is used in the one-bath two-step-process one bath can be saved by integrating the lubrication in dyeing process. Thus time, water and energy can be saved. PERIFIL DLC liq. shows extremely low volatility even at very high drying or setting temperatures. Due to its low tendency to yellowing PERIFIL DLC liq. can also be used on light dyeings or white fabrics. PERIFIL DLC liq. is free of silicone.
