United Nations (UN) Environment Program: World Environment Day on 5 June 2022
World Environment Day (WED) was initiated by the United Nations Environment Program in 1976. It is celebrated on 5 June by many international institutions, such as the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety (BMU), to promote ecological action and to raise the awareness for the environment. The annual day of action on 5 June is intended to promote ecological action and raise environmental awareness.
Promotion of Ecological, Sustainable Behavior in the Textile Industry
